This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Prodege, LLC, operator of Swagbucks ("Swagbucks"), located in El Segundo, California.

The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants must be active Swagbucks members in good standing with no history of fraudulent activity at the time of the entry and throughout the Contest Period.

Employees of Prodege, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

• Click the "Submit Your Costume" button to access the official entry form hosted via Google Forms.
• Complete all required fields and submit your entry before October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
• One (1) entry per member account. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

All submissions must meet the following requirements to be considered valid:

Members must select one (1) of the following five categories at the time of submission. Entries will only be judged within their selected category:

Note: Members may only submit one (1) entry and must select their category at the time of submission. Category selection cannot be changed after submission.

Submitted photos must NOT contain any of the following:

• Nudity, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content
• Hate speech, offensive language, or discriminatory imagery
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Images of minors without verified parental or guardian consent
• Violent or graphic content
• Other individuals who have not consented to being photographed

Swagbucks reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or non-compliant at its sole discretion.

Stage 1 — Moderation
All submissions will be reviewed by the Swagbucks moderation team for compliance with content guidelines and entry requirements prior to being considered for the contest.

Stage 2 — Finalist Selection
Following the close of the submission period, the Swagbucks internal team will review all approved submissions and select five (5) finalists per category (25 finalists total) based on the following criteria:

Stage 3 — Member Voting

• All eligible Swagbucks members will receive one (1) voting email on or around November 2, 2026 featuring the five (5) finalists per category.
• Members may cast one (1) vote per category by clicking their preferred entry within the voting email.
• Votes will be tracked via Swagbucks' designated voting platform.
• Voting closes November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.
• Final placement of finalists will be determined by vote count as described in Stage 4 below.

Vote Integrity: Any attempt to manipulate the voting process—including but not limited to the use of automated scripts or bots, multiple or fraudulent accounts, vote-buying, or any other means intended to artificially inflate vote counts—is strictly prohibited. Swagbucks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspicious or fraudulent votes and to disqualify any entrant or finalist found to be engaging in or benefiting from such conduct. Swagbucks' determinations regarding vote validity are final and binding.

Stage 4 — Final Placement
The finalist receiving the most votes in each category will be awarded 1st place, the second most votes will be awarded 2nd place, and the third most votes will be awarded 3rd place. In the event of a tied vote count, the Swagbucks internal team will make the final placement decision.

All decisions are final and binding.

A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected across all five categories.

SB prizes will be credited to the winner's Swagbucks account within 5–7 business days of winner confirmation.

Awarded SB prizes are non-transferable and will be credited solely to the verified winner's Swagbucks account. SB may be redeemed in accordance with the standard redemption options available through the Swagbucks platform, subject to the Swagbucks Terms of Use and applicable redemption policies in effect at the time of redemption. Swagbucks is not responsible for any changes to redemption values, reward availability, or platform terms that may occur after the SB prize has been credited to a winner's account.

Swagbucks reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Swagbucks account on or around November 9, 2026.

Swagbucks is not responsible for notification emails that are undelivered, delayed, or directed to a spam folder.

Following the conclusion of the voting period, the internal Swagbucks team will conduct a verification process prior to the confirmation and disbursement of any prizes. Verification will include cross-referencing Braze email click report data with the Swagbucks member database to confirm that all finalists remain in good account standing and continue to meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in Section 2 of these Official Rules.

Swagbucks reserves the right to disqualify any finalist found to be in violation of these Official Rules at any point during the verification process, including but not limited to accounts flagged for fraudulent activity or accounts that are no longer in good standing at the time of verification.

Once all winners have been verified, the total prize pool of 25,000 SB will be fulfilled by crediting the applicable SB prize amount directly to each confirmed winner's Swagbucks account in accordance with the prize structure outlined in Section 9. SB prizes will be credited within 5–7 business days of winner confirmation.

Awarded SB prizes remain subject to the transferability, redemption, and platform terms set out in Section 9 of these Official Rules.

By entering the Contest, Entrants grant Swagbucks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use their submitted photos, username, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes across Swagbucks platforms and social media channels without additional compensation.

Entrants warrant that their submitted photo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Entrants further represent and warrant that their submitted photo complies in all respects with the Photo Content Guidelines set forth in Section 7. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swagbucks and its affiliates from any third party claim arising out of a breach of these representations and warranties.

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release as a condition of prize award.

Swagbucks reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other unforeseen circumstance compromises the integrity of the Contest.

Swagbucks is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Swagbucks is not responsible for any technical failures, server errors, or interruptions that may affect the submission or voting process.

By entering the Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Swagbucks, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Swagbucks reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the submission or voting process or violates these Official Rules.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media, technology, or other platform through which the Contest may be promoted or administered, including but not limited to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, X Corp., X (formerly Twitter), or any other social media platform. Any such platform is not a sponsor of the Contest and bears no responsibility for it. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Swagbucks and not to any such platform.

By participating, Entrants also agree to the Swagbucks Terms of Use, available at https://www.swagbucks.com/terms-of-use, which govern their Swagbucks account and use of the Swagbucks platform and are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use with respect to the Contest, these Official Rules control; in all other respects, the Terms of Use govern.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swagbucks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Participants release Swagbucks from any and all liability related to this Contest.

Any and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the binding arbitration agreement set forth in Section 13 of the Swagbucks Terms of Use, available at https://www.swagbucks.com/terms-of-use, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. This includes, without limitation, the requirement to first send a written Dispute Notice and complete the informal dispute resolution process (Section 13.C), the delegation of all questions of arbitrability to the arbitrator (Section 13.B), the American Arbitration Association rules and procedures (Section 13.D), the two (2) year limitations period (Section 13.H), the confidentiality, venue, mass arbitration, small-claims, and injunctive-relief provisions (Sections 13.G, 13.I, 13.L, 13.M, and 13.N), and the right to opt out of arbitration within the time period specified in Section 13.J. Notwithstanding the order of precedence set forth in the General Conditions, Section 13 of the Terms of Use controls with respect to arbitration and the resolution of all disputes or claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and as further set forth in Section 13.F of the Terms of Use, all disputes or claims shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and Participants waive the right to bring or participate in any CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATION, or other representative proceeding related to this Contest.

The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. 1 et seq., governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate as provided in Section 13.N of the Terms of Use. In all other respects, this Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Personal information collected during this Contest will be used solely for contest administration and winner notification purposes.

All data will be handled in accordance with the Swagbucks Privacy Policy, available at https://www.swagbucks.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.

Participation in this Contest does not constitute consent to receive Swagbucks marketing emails unless separately opted in.

By entering, Entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, and stored by Swagbucks and its service providers for purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, notifying and fulfilling prizes to winners, and otherwise as described in the Swagbucks Privacy Policy.

Swagbucks shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Official Rules where such failure results from any cause beyond Swagbucks' reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, natural disaster, or government restrictions.
